Ticket Agent Feature

A business can set up a support team to answer the tickets. Following are steps to create ticket agent in the system

  • Click the button from ticket main page
  • Select an employee from list to appoint as ticket agent
  •  Select the ticket department group from assign group list or add new group by click on the    button
  • Click the  button to save the ticket agent
